Tell the story of your work with clarity and purpose.

I love connecting the dots -- and people. Nothing feels more rewarding than when I am able to help organizations and supporters align their values.
I can help you leverage partnerships, explore funding opportunities, and help you tell your organization's sory.

I can help you finesse your organizational process and a purpose.

Strategic planning is about the process as much as it is about the purpose. Creating a space for multiple rights holders to engage in authentic and trusting dialogue and deliberation is essential for a strategic plan that is rooted in community

With over 10+ years of working as a facilitator and trainer, I thrive in making spaces accessible to folks of all ages, abilities, identifies, and diverse worldviews, while centering the space on practices and perspectives of cultural humility, decolonization, equity, and anti-racism.

Is what we are doing making the difference?

Evaluation isn't just about metrics and reporting. It is about understanding if the work of your organization is making a difference to the communities it services.

With undergraduate and postgraduate study in social sciences, I am familiar with mixed research methods, with a passion for non-Western and decolonized approaches to documenting and sharing knowledge.

I'm ready to help boost your project.

A project you're leading might benefit from an additional boost. I love bringing people together and creating a clear structure and direction for collective decision-making and work.
